InnerScope Hearing Technologies Inc. is a manufacturer and distributor of OTC Hearing Aids, Hearing Aid Accessories & Hearing Health-Related Products ("Hearing Products") dedicated to addressing the global demand for affordable hearing solutions.
InnerScope's, with its B2B business distribution model offering affordable OTC Hearing Products through major retailers, pharmacy chains, and healthcare service companies, breaks through the barriers that prevent access to effective and affordable hearing solutions. In September 2021, InnerScope acquired iHear Medical Inc., a Direct-to-Consumer ("DTC") cloud-based hearing solution provider, which provided access to over 40 patents and an R&D facility, and a team of engineers. In addition, InnerScope, in November 2021, also acquired HearingAssist, an established leader since 2008 in the DTC hearing aid market with a customer base of over 400,000.
These acquisitions, combined with a partnership with Atlazo Inc., a semiconductor innovator for next-generation AI smart devices, will allow InnerScope to better position itself in the OTC hearing aid market by selling advanced and affordable Hearing Products through Walmart and many other major retailers and pharmacy chains.InnerScope's full line of its HearingAssist and iHEAR branded Hearing Products is currently available through these multiple retail/wholesale distribution channels: Walmart Vision Centers, Walmart.com, Walmart Canada, CVS.com, Walgreens.com, RiteAid.com, Target.com

To commemorate the dual listing on Upstream, the Company may offer commemorative digital collectibles to all supporters. Digital collectibles represent ownership of a unique digital item. When you buy a digital collectible, you gain ownership for that virtual or physical asset on the blockchain, typically the Ethereum blockchain, which you can choose to hold or trade.
Anyone can claim a free commemorative digital collectible.
The claim code is typically revealed on the company’s announcement press release, website and social media.
Upstream issuers may award digital coupons to all shareholders, one per shareholder regardless of the number of shares owned as of the record date. The total number of coupons issued shall equal the total number of shareholders of the Company. After a shareholder of record claims the digital coupon on Upstream, the shareholder will be able to redeem their digital coupon to try the Company’s products first-hand or they can sell the digital coupon to other Upstream users on the Upstream marketplace.
The digital coupons are not securities and are issued as ERC721 tokens, that is, where each token has a unique identifier. The digital coupons may not be withdrawn or transferred from the Upstream app and are only redeemable using the Upstream app.
All shareholders of record are entitled to claim the digital coupon by creating an account on Upstream and verifying their shareholder status. Shareholders of record will be able to redeem the coupon to try the product first-hand or trade the digital coupon with other fans globally on Upstream.
Interested participants who are not shareholders may purchase a digital coupon on Upstream’s market if a shareholder puts their digital coupon up for sale.

Supply this unique redemption code to the issuer to fulfill the utility offered by the digital coupon. The issuer will only fulfill the utility once per unique redemption code.
